In 2007 he graduated from primary school at the Gymnasium of Dushanbe. In 2013, he graduated from the Eastern Mediterranean University (Gazimagusa, Northern Cyprus) with a Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance. Later in 2017, he successfully completed his Master’s degree in Financial Management from the Technological University of Tajikistan.
Experience
In August 2013, Buzurgjamil Rahmonov began his career at CJSC «Spitamen Bank», where he worked on various positions such as: Loan Specialist, Correspondent Relations Specialist, and a specialist in the Dealing Operations Division.
Buzurgjamil has held several senior positions such as: Head of the Loan Administration, Head of the Loan Accounting in the Financial Department, Head of the Accounting Division and Branch Manager in Dushanbe.
Buzurgjamil Rahmonov has worked in various divisions during his time at CJSC «Spitamen Bank», proving himself as a professional specialist and a leader in his field. Thus, in May 2021, he was appointed to the position of the CEO of the insurance company “Spitamen Insurance”.
In May 2021, he has joined as a member of the Supervisory Board of CJSC «Spitamen Bank».
Since April 2022, he was appointed to the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CJSC «Spitamen Bank».
At the moment, he is writing his PhD thesis at National University of Tajikistan at the Department of Finance and Insurance.

In 2011 he graduated from the Tajik-Turkish Lyceum of Khujand city. In 2015 he graduated from the Faculty of Finance at Nottingham University School of Business.
Experience
After graduating from the university, he began his career at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan in the joint project with the World Bank, as a financial analyst. Also, he has experience in the department of economic modeling, monetary department at the National Bank of Tajikistan. In CJSC «Spitamen Bank» he headed the financial department of the bank. Then he was the Director of the insurance company “Spitamen Insurance”.
Since November 2018, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of CJSC «Spitamen Bank». He is an ACCA and CFA professional degree candidate.
