Tender for The Selection of An Audit Organization 2026

CJSC “Spitamen Bank” announces a tender for the selection of an audit organization to conduct an audit of the financial statements of CJSC “Spitamen Bank” in accordance with International Standards on Auditing for the financial year ending December 31, 2026.

Audit firms holding a permit from the National Bank of Tajikistan to conduct audits of banks’ financial statements are invited to participate in the tender.

To participate in the tender, the following documents must be submitted to CJSC “Spitamen Bank”:

• a notarized copy of the audit organization’s constituent documents, including all amendments and additions;
• the balance sheet and profit and loss statement of the audit organization as of the latest reporting date;
• a draft agreement specifying the cost, commencement date, audit schedule and timeframe, and audit methodology.

Tender proposals prepared in Tajik, Russian, or English and meeting all the requirements must be submitted marked “For Tender” in sealed envelopes, signed by the head of the company and bearing the company seal, to the following address: Republic of Tajikistan, 734064, Dushanbe, B. Gafurov Street, 45 CJSC “Spitamen Bank”
