To open an account for individuals, the following documents are required:
passport of a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan;
taxpayer identification number – TIN.

What is the interest for commission for cashing?
The commission for cashing funds at the cash desks of “Spitamen Bank” CJSC is as follows:
In national currency: 0.7% of cashed amount.
In foreign currency: 1% of the cashed amount.

How much is the commission for money transfer?
The commission for transferring funds from the client's account, depending on the currency of transfer, is as follows:
in US dollars: $55;
in Euro: 35 Euro;
in Russian Rubles: 400 rubles;
Chinese yuan: 100 yuan

What documents are needed to send money without opening an account?
For legal entities to transfer funds without opening an account, the following documents are required:
passport of the citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan
taxpayer identification number – TIN
certificate from the National Bank of Tajikistan (if the recipient of the monetary instrument is a resident, the NBT must be informed that this citizen has opened an account with a bank in another state/country);
if the recipient is a non-resident, instead of a certificate from the National Bank, a contract with attached documents (Invoice, proforma-invoice) is presented.

How to buy or sell foreign currency in your bank?
To buy or sell cash foreign currency, you can contact one of our branches or the CBO.
For a non-cash purchase or sale of foreign currency, you will need:
- Open a current account with ZAO Spitamen bank.
- Transfer to this account the amount in TJS, USD, EUR or RUB.
- Convert the amount of cash TJS into the currency at a commercial rate established by the bank.

How much is the commission for cash disbursement?
The commission for cash disbursement in cash desks of CJSC Spitamen Bank makes:
- In somoni: 0,5% of the withdrawn sum.
- In foreign currency: 1% of the withdrawn sum.

What is the amount of the commission for money transfer?
The money transfer commission, by means of the international SWIF system, depending on translation currency, makes: in US dollars: $22; in Euro: 20 Euros; in Russian rubles: 50 somoni.
The commission for transfers to territories of RT make up to 5 somoni. -
What documents are needed to send money, without opening an account?
To individuals, to send money without opening an account, you need:
- passport of a citizen of the Republic of Tatarstan
- TIN
- a certificate from the National Bank of Tajikistan (if the recipient of funds is a resident, you need to notify the NBT that the resident has opened an account with another state bank);
- if the recipient is a non-resident, instead of a certificate from the NBT, the contract and the documents attached to it (Invoice, invoice for payment), etc., are provided.
