The opening of a new branch in Penjikent

Spitamen Bank celebrates the grand opening of a new branch in Penjikent on Rudaki 365 Street.  The opening ceremony was attended by the Penjikent mayor Shafiyon Islom Ziyozoda, representatives from the education department, government agencies, private sector, and media.

Spitamen Bank Chairman of the Board Samandarzoda Navruz gave a welcoming speech to the guests and employees of the bank, emphasizing the importance of delivering excellent customer service to the clients and support in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The second part of the opening included a tour of the branch, where representatives of the mayor's office and the mayor met bank employees and were shown technology solutions for improved customer experience. The guests were given Visa Classic gift certificates, while the Chairman of the Board expressed hope for the cooperation with the local authorities.

The opening of a new branch took place in a solemn setting, accompanied by the national instruments — Karnay and the sounds of Doira. On the same day, the branch welcomed its first clients – top students and fellows from local gymnasiums, students, teachers, and civil servants. What interested the visitors was not only a wide selection of plastic cards but also clients’ comfort zone. The branch is fully designed according to the corporate identity of the bank and international standards.

The Head of the Penjikent branch, Abdurakhmonov Hussein, handed gifts to the first borrowers and clients. The first visitors had a chance to talk with the director in person, ask questions and make suggestions for improvement.

Spitamen Bank has a countrywide service network- 13 branches in total. The branch in Penjikent is the second in 2018; in May 2018, another branch was opened in Yavan, Khatlon Province. In addition, 138 POS-terminals, 30 Spitamen Bank ATMs are located around the country for the sake of customer convenience. All the international payment systems are provided too.
