For opening of an account for legal entities, residents and nonresidents, will need the following documents: 

  • Certificate on the state registration (ID, passpot ).
  • Extract from the state register .
  • Copy of the Charter, situation, constituent documents.
  • Copy of notification on assignment of INN to the legal entity.
  • Copies of passports and INN of responsible persons.
  • Copies of the protocol or order on assignment of the principal and chief accountant.
  • The information letter () from the tax inspection (original).
  • Card with samples of signatures and an impress of a seal in duplicate.

For branch and representations of nonresidents - the copy of permission (or the petition) authorized body of the country of the nonresident on the opening of the score in the foreign state legalized in embassy or consulate of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad or in embassy or consulate of the country of the nonresident in the Republic of Tajikistan.
